Epping Forest is an over 3000 year old woodland with a thriving ecosystem that has adapted to changes in its inhabitants over time.
Today, this fertile forest accommodates a range of wildlife such as deer, shrews, moles, worms, and all sorts of insects, whilst hosting remnants from ancient Celtic tribes.
